Warranty
IMMI provides a limited warranty, covering defects in workmanship and material for one year from date of purchase / invoice. IMMI will replace product without charge, or refund purchase price, at our option, on any products found to be defective in material or workmanship during this period. This warranty does not apply to any product which IMMI deems subject to abuse, misuse, accident, alteration, negligence, or unauthorized repair. The duration of all other express and implied warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a purpose, is limited to one year from date of purchase. This warranty is not transferable.

Since the application of IMMI products are beyond IMMI’s contol, IMMI’s liability, and the purchaser’s sole remedy relating to the installation, application, or use of IMMI’s product, shall be strictly limited to recovery of its purchase price, and shall under no circumstances include recovery of any other direct, indirect, or consequential damages, whether based on damage to or loss of profits, cargo, vehicle, or any other damages.

To make a warranty claim, contact us at the phone number / address listed on the “Contact” section of the web site and follow instructions that will be provided. Any returned product that is replaced or refunded becomes the property of IMMI. Purchaser shall be responsible for any shipping costs to IMMI. Please retain your purchase receipt to verify date of purchase in order for warranty claim to be honored.

Returns:
Return the product where purchased or contact the IMMI Outdoor office for more information. All product returns must have an RMA # (Return Material Authorization), which can be obtained by contacting the IMMI Outdoor office. Non-Defective Product Returns: IMMI will not accept non-defective returns, unless due to some fault of IMMI. Non-defective returns will be subject to a minimum 25% handling charge, or will be returned to customer at customer’s expense. Defective Product Returns: Credit will not be given without written authorization. Return requests must be faxed or mailed to our office, and must include an itemized list of materials to be returned, reasons for return, and the date and number of IMMI’s invoice. Approved authorizations will be signed and returned to customer with RMA#, and must be included in return shipment for proper and timely credit to be given.

Please contact the IMMI Outdoor office, or your sales representative, to obtain current pricing. Prices apply to standard case quantities only. Orders will be rounded to the nearest standard case quantity. For end-users, please check the “Where to Buy” section of the web site or contact the IMMI Outdoor office for a sales associate to direct you where to purchase.

Minimum Order
Individual items must be ordered in assortments which total $250 or more per order to one location. Orders less than $250 will be subject to a $25 handling charge.
